December December is a local business that rents out various lofts in the Corktown neighborhood. The lofts feature amazing natural light, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and lots of modern & boho décor. You can also choose which style you like best as each loft is styled a little differently. This is a great indoor option for a rainy day or just an industrial look.

The fees average around $75 per hour on week days and up to $95 on weekends depending on the loft.
